What are your minimum orders?
Our minimum orders vary, depending on whether an item is in stock or if we have to custom mill the product. If material is in stock, our MOQ is 1 bulk bag, which usually is between 35-55lbs, depending on the material. If we need to mill the product, the MOQ is 500lb.
How do I order?

Are all products Ready to Eat?
Not all items we offer are ready to eat. RTE products are available, so please be sure to inform your sales representative what your intent is with the material. This way we can ensure you’re receiving the right quality for the right application.
Can I get a sample before I buy?
Samples are available for all items free of charge where there is an intent to purchase. Samples are usually shipped within 1-2 business days but may take longer if a sample must be received from the origin. We only request your UPS account number for you to handle shipping charges.
Is Mueggenburg USA politically active?
Mueggenburg USA is an active member of the American Herbal Products Association and was elected to a seat on the Board of Trustees for the 2021-2024 term by our industry peers. We strive to be a fair voice for accessible, safe, and valuable access to medicinal herbs that we’ve relied on for generations.
How do you ship?
We can ship in Full Container Load, LTL, Air Freight, or UPS Air/Ground depending on your location, quantity, and need.
How is the material packaged?
Our material is generally packaged in 35-55lb paper bags with food grade poly in-liners.
What kind of quality documentation do you provide?
At a minimum, our Quality Management team will provide you with a Certificate of Analysis containing Microbiological results. Additional testing may be requested, and, depending on the product type needed, may include 3rd party identity, heavy metal, pesticide, and gluten testing. Please be sure to communicate your testing requirements with your sales representative with your inquiry.
Do you do Blanket Orders?
Yes, we can offer blanket orders for up to 12 months. Please contact your sales representative with your specific needs and draw schedule.
What is your Return Policy?

What if your material is Out of Stock?
If the material you are needing is out of stock, we can provide an estimated date of when additional material will be available. With regular and rotating inventory, we are constantly having new material available. Please ask your sales representative when additional material will be available for a tentative timeline.
Do you offer fresh material?
We presently do not offer fresh material. All of our products are dehydrated.
Do you offer extracts?
We presently do not offer liquid or powdered extracts.
Are your products Water Soluble?
Our products are not considered water soluble.
Do you offer 3rd party milling?
Yes! If you have product you’re needing to have custom milled to a cut and sift, tea cut, or powder, please contact us and provide details on your project. We’d be happy to help.
